Six Thirteen - 16 oz and spray - is this a good deal or should I get the 32 oz?

I haven't tried Six Thirteen but my hair is on the dry side - I have only been using WEN again since September. I used to use it then found out I had Wheat/Gluten allergies so had to stop using WEN.

Is it a great deal the 16 oz and spray of the Six Thirteen - item A227337 for $49 and change or should I plunge into the 32 oz and skip the spray?
