Did this thread get poofed??!!?? If so, can anybody guess why? This board is so frustrating, between one thing and another. Really, not worth the trouble.

Celebration, I guess the thread did get poofed. It did degenerate into an argument about whether to color/not color which I know was not the point of the thread to begin with.

I want to thank whomever mentioned the Café Gray Forum. I took a look to see if anyone had used gray highlights to ease into going gray and it was mentioned that the highlights can turn brassy (orange) over time. This is a concern of mine because my hair is colored medium brown and orangey highlights is not what I'm after, lol. So that is an issue I'll bring up with my hair stylist the next time I have an appointment and can discuss gray highlights with her.

An estimated 700,000 people around the world, 400,000 of them children, have died so far due to the discontinuation of the USAID program.

A Silver Fox is a woman who wears her hair it's natural grey and is happy with it and herself.

It always becomes an argument. I started the thread to have women who choose to not color talk and share experiences and products... then someone comes on the thread who colors and wants to fight about the fact that they color and what do you want to say about it... very frustrating. That person could have started a thread of their own to share color stories and hints etc. Instead they bombarded my thread to silver foxes.... and got it poofed.

It is just a positive pretty name for those women who choose to go natural color. That is all.

I cant believe the other thread is gone, thats such a bunch of qrapp. Like I said on that thread 'it must be a slow day over at Viewpoints'. Some women just cant stand other woman enjoying each others company. {#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}

How about we try it again? We can start here with this thread as it is titled already.

I went for my hair cut last Monday... I go about every 7-8 weeks... I asked for a bit shorter this time. I think my stylist got a bit over zealous and really scalped me!{#emotions_dlg.scared} I now will have to deal with it for about three weeks and I think it will be perfect. My hair stylist gives a very GOOD hair cut that grows out beautifully, so I know I will love it soon. I just went natural grey/ silver over the last 10 months. I cut my long colored hair off into a short fun spiky do! I look in the mirror and see this white hair and it is rather freaky! But, it is SO EASY and so much healthier now that I have no chemicals on my hair and scalp. I feel so good about it. Smile
