I cannot use cones - they break me out every time I try.I just looked up the ingredients on the Philosophy website. Fourth ingredient is dimethicone.
OP, another I've recently tried and am having success with is 100percent pure. I bought a green tea toner and a night cream that are very nice, good prices, too.

For those who need or choose to avoid silicones in skin care, remember to look for the words that end in -cone. There are many of them. But also, cyclopentasiloxane and cyclohexasiloxane are probably two of the most commonly used silicones in skin care and cosmetics.
If you don't have a problem with silicones, then you might find that in the right proportion to the rest of the ingredient deck, they are very effective.
