I used to buy her products years ago when she sold under the name Adrien Arpel. Kaleidoscope with silk & the wonder wheel were my staples. Then came Signature Club A & the products weren't the same. Her foundation was heavy & greasy. The Kaleidoscope had sparkles & no silk in it. I have purchased nothing since from her line.

I watch her every chance I get, BUT she never uses women of color models and her foundation isn't deeper than the medium shade which is too light for me.

Wonder why this is?

I don't know why it is, but she used to offer deeper colors and then stopped, so not sure what the problem is, but she never used women of color models at all. I like her bronzer-its one of the best bronzers I have used and it lasts forever,but I really wish she would use some women of color as her models and make darker shades.

I love her argon oil kits. I've been using it for years and my skin looks amazing. Love watching her too .

I love Sig. Club A 1000 Gold Double Hyaluronic day cream. I have used it for years. It does exactly what Adrienne says it does.

If only some of her ingredient decks were better quality, just sayin.

Her quantities in the deeper shades were always much lower than in the lighter shades. That, coupled with never showing ethnic models in her demos, created a vicious cycle. People were likely not buying what they didn't see or couldn't purchase.

I think she doesn't use women of color models because she doesn't have foundation shades past medium. I've seen the same question asked about many lines. Supposedly, women of color are the smallest percentage of female viewers on the shopping channels. I think they might want to conduct new surveys. They may be surprised. {#emotions_dlg.mellow}
