Sign in, sign in, sign in. Getting sick of it, QVC.

I dig out my bottle of Ojon Damage Reverse from the Last Beauty Test Tube, ready to take a shower. Come to site to look for directions since there are none on the bottle. Have to sign in. Bad directions on items, so I comee here, what, 90 seconds later? And I have to sign in again. Oh, I forgot, the first sign in resulted in an Oops. Yesterday they kept telling me in red my session had expired and to sign in again. Whoever is programming this site is doing their best to lose sales, I buy more stuff from recommendations on this board than I ever do from TV presentations. Very discouraging.
