I take 4 Sea Buckthorn Oil softgels daily. I take Nu Health Brand which is higher potency than Sibu . I also take the Berry Oil rather than the Seed oil. Do your research and based upon your reasons for taking it, decide which is better for you the berry or the seed. The Sea Buckthorn Wonders site is very helpful.
I ordered a 2-pack of the hydrating serum. It is not greasy. I use Vit C, Sea Buckthorn, and Crème Reverse (in that order). I live in Phoenix, so I need plenty of hydrating.
