Should I return this scratched up bottle?

Hey yall. I placed an order last week when nextjump20 worked, and I got my stuff in the mail today. One of the items I ordered was the 8oz Unconditional Love spritz. Well, the bottle is very scratched up. It's not terrible, and you can't tell from looking far away, but up close, it looks pretty awful. It looks like someone rolled it around in sharp gravel...it justs looks pretty dinged up. When you hold the bottle in your hand, you can feel all the scratches, and it feels rough.

Should I call Philosophy about this? I mean, the product is not affected, and it's not that big of a deal. But I paid $25 for this, so I feel like everything should be perfect. And a HUGE part of Philosophy's appeal is their adorable packaging. I definitely don't want to pay for return shipping though....what should I do??
