I went into the Sephora in JCP to pick up a couple items, and the employees were chatting and ignored me. But it was just as well because the music was so horribly loud that conversation would have been difficult. I went on over to Target and was pleasantly surprised that they had friendly and knowledgeable young lady working in the cosmetics section, helping anyone who had questions about any of the products. I was looking for make-up brushes, and she showed me the three lines they carry and made some recommendations. I saw her helping two other people later as I wandered the store. It was great!
