Shopping for Myself This Time of Year

I am one who does NOT enjoy shopping, so I only do what I absolutely HAVE to do, most of it at Kohl's because they carry a good variety all in one store, with great sales. Stepping inside a mall makes me really crabby.

So, when I start my holiday shopping, a lot of what I see is new to me because I will step into stores I haven't been in for almost a year. I find that I buy as much for ME as I do gifts for others - if not, MORE for me!

With this awareness in mind, I'm making a conscious effort to buy NOTHING for myself unless it's an absolute necessity. That goes for home decor as well. Unless it's basic provisions or a gift for someone, I just say NO!

Do you find that you buy more for yourself this time of year, just because you're shopping more in general?
