They don't have a live chat but you can chat on their Facebook page. When I ordered caspara duo, it took a long time to get them to ship it. It wasn't on extended delivery either. However another isomers product which was ordered later shipped right away. I think it could be due to shortage of staff maybe.

Some of my amazon orders are also not sticking to their schedule. So I wouldn't be too worried, it will come. Maybe not as quickly as it normally does.
