I think when a certain vendor has free shipping that they are paying for it, not Q or HSN. I waited until free shipping day to order a product. The price was $4 more than usual. When HSN says goodbye to my favorite products, they will say goodbye to me. Not much incentive to home shop anymore.

I really don't understand the extra charges for Hawaii and Alaska. If I ship something to California, the price is exactly the same for Hawaii. I know this because I ship many post office lare packages to both California and Hawaii.
