I have some shimmery eye shadows that I need to be matte. Does anyone know how to turn shimmery to matte?

You can try a matte primer before applying the eyeshadow or use a little mattifying powder over the eyeshadow. RCMA No Color Powder is inexpensive yet works well. It's a mixture of talc and silica.

Yes. You throw the shimmery ones in the trash can and buy new matte ones.😄

I don't think there's a way to turn a shimmer shadow into a matte. I would do two things: be sure to use an eyeshadow primer (Milani makes an affordable drugstore version) and layer your shimmer shadow over a matte.
I would use just one shimmer color at a time and keep all your other colors matte.
