Purchased for DS Gift Basket (Dad's Day) He loves Coconut oil. I tried it out and to my surprise it is different than regular Coconut oil in the grocery store.

After testing on my face used in my hair, wow! incredible weightless shine.

So the moral of the story! Keeping and buying DS another one.

@Sweet_Serenity I use the Shea Moisture hair products, soap, bath & shower gel & deep conditioner....love the coconut, too, but several other scents, as well.

I love Shea Moisture! I use their shampoos, conditioners, deep conditioning treatment masques, and Jamican Black Castor Oil serum for my hair! They have done absolute wonders for my hair, especially after nearly all my hair fell out last year due to an allergic reaction to a coloring treatment.

But alas, my hair does not like coconut oil at all. Makes it brittle and breaks off. I've tried other brands with 100% coconut oil, and they do the same thing to my hair.

I always say when it comes to products what works for me might not for someone else. There is something different about this coconut oil compared to grocery store brands. The scent unique in a wonderful way. My hair is natural and lots of waves and medium long. Plus one product multi tasking.
