Shawn's Socks??

Can someone please tell me if there's some sort of significance to the socks Shawn wears for this show?

I am watching it right now (on mute) and I noticed they are the same socks she wore before on this show. I've only seen this show one other time so I don't know if she's worn anything else.

And, what the heck is that blue thing on the front by the toe??

I know, pathetic. With all that's going on in life, I'm thinking about Shawn's socks! {#emotions_dlg.blush}{#emotions_dlg.lol}
