Shawn gets carried away with watching herself in the TV monitor.  A little bit of her goes along way.  She's very rude.  I turn the Q off when she's own.  Her voice drives me insane.  She needs too tone it down a notch.

I've read comments here where she can be rude to vendors.

At least you didn't have to worry about seeing her this week, because she's hasn't been on air since her Monday nite shift.
