Shout out to @kaydee50 --- I shampoo my hair every other day and buy whatever shampoo I have a coupon for, usually Suave or Pantene.  Sometimes I use my hubby's Head & Shoulders.   No conditioner ever.

This time of year when I'm working outside in the yard often, I will shampoo my hair every day.

Carol's Daughter - presently, Goddess Strength S & C, mostly 2x a week. There's nothing to clarify since there is no build up because I do not use any styling products.

I tend to wash it every three days.  I currently am using Beekman's Absolute Vanilla and alternate with Ylang and love them both.  My hair feels clean for days.  I am thinking about ordering Tweaked's new scent shampoo & conditioner.  I did order the yesterdays tsv to give it a try.

@bargainsgirl   Curly/wavy hair like mine is usually more dry than other types. I shampoo every 3-4 days using as little styling products (and lightweight ones) as possible.

I rotate between Shea Moisture S&C, Moroccan Oil Hydrating S&C, and a purple shampoo once a month. I also deep condition twice a week which eliminates most of the frizz/dryness.

I clarify once a month w/ Neutrogena shampoo. The days I don't shampoo, I run some conditioner through my hair while in the shower.

I wash every other day.  Since November I have been using Pureology Strength Cure shampoo and conditioner.  I recently bought the hydrate products so now I alternate.

After showing, I spray my hair lightly with Healthy Sexy Hair Soy Tri-Wheat leave-in conditioner.  Before blow drying I use the generic version of a Paul Mitchell mousse with conditioners and a spray-in root lift product followed by the Pureology Color Fanatic Multi-Tasking leave in spray.

Every once in awhile, I use a purple shampoo to keep my highlights from getting brassy.

For years, I opted for cheap shampoo and never even considered conditioner. Recently, I noticed my hair looks bad and I researched a few haircare products and decided to give Brickell a shot due to the positive reviews.
I was impressed with the results. After a week or so of using the shampoo and conditioner, my hair was softer and much healthier overall.

I shampoo just about every day...the only times I skip a day is if I've let my hair air dry and not put any product in it--and then I still wet it next day, and style. One day without a wash is all I can do.

I use Tresemme products--shampoo, conditioner, hairspray and styling products. I like them a lot, and they're very reasonable priced. I did use WEN for about 4 years, and loved it, but just couldn't afford it anymore. I'm using it up as a once-a-week deep conditioner.

My routine always was, unless I had an "event", I shampoo every other day.  I hate to admit, I'm a shampoo junkie. Presently in the shower there is Colorproof,  (purple bottle) It's a 10, (purple bottle) and Moroccanoil, (volume formula), both the shampoo and conditioners.

The irony is, I have about 3" of hair, after losing it 3 times in the last several years.  I've been wearing wigs most of the time.
