Any recommendation? I wish for a silky serum that benefit my pre-menopausal skin and that I can use like a primer too.

I think I see what you're trying to do and it makes total sense. The issue is that a primer is supposed to sit on top of your skin as a barrier, whereas a serum is supposed to sink into your skin to treat it.
I think you might be happier with a primer that has beauty benefits rather than a serum with primer benefits. Smashbox Photo Finish SPF15 with Dermaxyl is a good one. When I used a primer, this is the one I chose. It's very silky and works well as long as your skin isn't oily. They usually have good sized samples of this product near the checkout line at Sephora.
It also looks like Fusion beauty has a primer with Matrixyl in it, but I've never tried that one.

I believe IT cosmetics has a serum primer, No. 50 or something like that? It is described as a serum primer, HTH!

I use Dr.Denese hydroshield serum and it really works for me. Argan oil might also do the trick. I like the fact that you only need a few drops and it absorbs quickly. Foundation goes on smooth and stays.

L'Oreal makes a product called Youthcode. It is decribed as being a "texture perfector serum". Has very good reviews.

You might want to take a look at Isomers High Definition Makeup Primer 300-318 on Evine. There's a video and 70+ mostly 5 star reviews. Many, mostly are raves about this primer.
This is not treatment based per se but will lock in your underlying treatment product(s). Many others, myself included, find this brand to be gentle and effective on our skin.

This concept doesn't make sense to me. There are a lot of very good serums out there, but in the order of application, your serum goes on before moisturizer and primer goes on after moisturizer.

@Fressa I completely agree! Hydroshield has become my favorite serum/ primer. It works extremely well under makeup, smooth and long lasting.

When do you use see the hydro shield before or after your moisturizer?
Thanks.
