Sept WEN TSV... 2nd shipment backordered? Anyone else?

My 2nd WEN TSV shipment (September TSV) in Fig was supposed to ship on Friday. I got an email saying they received my "order" and then another email saying it was on backorder and that my order couldn't be fulfilled.

Has anyone else gotten this email? Has anyone else gotten their 2nd shipment? I need to call CS... I don't know if this is just Fig or all flavors... and when it might come in. I'm getting mightly low on my Wen and can't wait too long for some new CC. Not sure if I should place a different order in the meantime so I don't run out!
