Hi you all! My bday is on Monday and i'm going to be 25! lol. I am wanting to start taking really good care of my skin now before I turn 30. My mom is going to give me a 75 dollar gift card for Sephora. I got very sensitive skin and it is very dry. I am starting to see alot of darkness under my eyes and some lines under them as well. I think I am starting to get some lines on the forehead too.. What products should I try?

I was looking into getting a really nice cleanser but wondering if I should just try Cereve first and spend more on getting a good eye cream.. Is it too soon to use serums and etc?
