Sephora shipping puzzle

I've noticed many but not all lipstick kits at Sephora are available only in store.  Since I'm an online customer with no store anywhere near here, this is discouraging.  The only explanation I've found is "This item cannot be shipped to the United States."  Huh?

@depglass   Maybe they've had an issue shipping to some warmer areas where packages have been left on porches and melted. I suggest calling CS and asking what's up.
