Sephora may have made it harder to use the F&F sale on-line this year, but apparently they were really generous with it in the stores. I'd already placed my order, but I wanted to see if I could get anymore Lip Fusion items at 75% off and when I did my order they were already out of anything I'd have gotten. I wasn't even going to try to get the F&F discount! The store is usually fairly crowded on a Saturday afternoon, but this time it was packed. You couldn't see what was on the shelves there were so many women in front of them and they must have scheduled every single one of their SAs, there were so many of them walking around. The store has 4 registers, and usually never have more than 2 working, but they had someone at each one and the line was more like a mob. I don't know how fights weren't breaking out, there was just this mass of women, probably 25-30 all crowded together with no obvious beginning and end. I was actually glad that the Fusion display was totally gone! I don't know for a fact that they were giving everyone 20% off, but I've been there at Christmas time and prom time and it's never been that crazy.
