That does seem to be a long time, but I'm guessing you'll receive your orders. If you haven't already called or emailed Sephora, you may want to (especially if you don't receive at least one of the orders this weekend).

Mine doesn't even show pending . I am glad they don't charge until shipping but there is no reason for a huge company to take so long . The item i ordered is not a gift or something i need in a hurry so for me that is good.

Ok, I am reporting back. Contacted QVC customer service...my order was never sent so I am getting a refund.

Sephora says that one of my items is sold out so they are sending the rest of the order. Not sure about the other order. My guess is that there is something sold out there too! Frustrating.

I agree with @I like celery about the 2 day flash shipping. It is $10/year and it’s worth it for me as I very seldom order more than $50 at one time.

I placed an order last night and ordered 2 Sephora 3 pan eyeshadow palettes with the fox on it. It’s a BF limited edition. $5 each and it shipped free. Then today they released a Sephora 4 pan palette with 2 blushes, 1 bronzer and 1 highlighter for $10. It’s worth it, IMO.

@I like celery I have been very pleased with the Flash shipping program. I joined because of the free shipping no minimum and it has been so worth it.

Now if they could just send the samples I chose. Oy. A customer service rep told me that not all of the warehouses get all of the samples, which is too bad. Hopefully, that will change.

Also, when I've checked out of Sephora's website the past few weeks, there's been a note that due to high volume orders may arrive more slowly than usual, but I haven't experienced that. I don't know if that's a flash thing or where I'm located compared to where the warehouse is located.

My second order hasn't shipped from Sephora yet. I must have ordered it around the 14th or 15th.
