Sephora Needs To Do Better

I used to be a VIB now I'm just a BI. Well I keep getting emails from Sephora offering me free samples and their 500 point perks. REALLY! If Sephora thinks this will make me happy instead of some promo code for 15 or 20% off they're crazy. I'm not buying anything from them until I get something I want. There are plenty of other retailers I can purchase from.
