Sephora F&F Sale - Is it too Early

to start my list? Last couple of years the sale has started toward the end of Oct. I was in Sephora a couple of weeks ago because I have a 10% VIP status renewal coupon and talked to an SA about the timing of the F&F. She said Sephora is unsure on how they will do promotions this fall and what the timing will be. Not sure how accurate that info is but I need some stuff now that I will use my 10% on and will hold off on other products.
