Sephora F&F Info Thread

Thought maybe we could pull out the info out there into one thread?

Anyhoo, I just got off the phone with a somewhat snippy SA from Sephora.com. I called to find out how the sale was being handled this year and she tried to play dumb on me and said she didn't really understand what I was asking. {#emotions_dlg.angry}

What I got from her was this (I got snippy right back at her). NO e-mails or cards being sent out from Sephora for the invite. Have to get them from a SA at the stores. Supposedly the code is to be "different" this year and not a retread from the previous ones.

Sheesh - you'd think they want the business and be more accomodating. Trying to call the Bellevue Square Sephora (Seattle area) for some local info but no one from the store is answering right now.

Feel free to add whatever info you might have.
