Sephora Could Learn From Nordstrom

I received my package today from Nordstrom's Anniversary sale. I bought some beauty products. How nice that I actually got the samples I requested (didn't even know they offered them) unlike Sephora who gives you whatever they have on hand. Kudos to Nordstrom!
