Selling Retin-A on EBAY

Does anyone know if it is legal for me to sell my extra tubes of Retin-A from AllDayChemist on EBAY? I bought 3 tubes this summer, 20 mg of the Retin-A .05. Shortly after that my Mom decided she wasn't going to use it anymore and gave me hers. I now have 3 tubes that will expire in April 2012. I will never use it all by then and thought maybe I could sell one, maybe two tubes on EBAY. But I don't want to get into trouble with EBAY. Anyone know? Thanks!
