Let's start a list of all the things we are not told until we transgress.

1.) Thou shalt not return more than 60% of purchases including stuff that is our fault even though we make a profit off the return fees.

2.) Cancelling too may orders can lead to being cancelled or some of your options being cancelled with no warning.

3.) Placing "check holds" on items without reviews to see what early purchasers think of a product and then switching to credit card is absolutely forbidden even when the order entry operator suggests it to you.

4.) Failing to complete check orders with a check will result in suspension of being able to write a check until you re-establish your check writing by sending in checks for orders you can no longer place.
