Sebastian Shaper Used to be Great..Now it's AWFUL

Recently bought a can of Sebastian Shaper Plus Hairspray after taking a break from it for awhile. For years it was the best hairspray around, but I had heard they changed the formula. Well I can't believe how bad it is now! There is NO hold whatsoever! It's like spraying air out of the can. By the time I had sprayed out enough to hold my hair it was all wet and sticky. But of course the familiar bad smell is still there!

Can anyone recommend a hairspray that is like the old Shaper Plus? Thanks!
