I've heard it mentioned many times during WEN presentations that if anyone needs extra help, just call their main number (which should be on the bottles or on their website) & talk to someone there. Why don't you give that a try, then come back & let us know how it worked out? Let's do our own quality control here {#emotions_dlg.rolleyes} ! Good luck!

Because I would rather hear form others who have the similar issues and their honest feedback then talk to stylists/reps from a line they are selling/promoting. If I felt that the women here had no advice to offer, I would have called right off the bat. Clearly, that isn't the case and I'm sure many who have reviewed this thread have similar issues with frizz so it's helping them too. {#emotions_dlg.thumbup1}

Of course, you are welcome to call and report back in order to add a helpful comment to the thread. {#emotions_dlg.thumbup}

This is just a thought, but I was doing research on glycerin and it draws moisture to it. Fig, I believe has glycerin as the second ingredient so Fig can actually attract moisture from the air on a humid day which, can cause frizz. Fig is great for "winter hair" in cold, dry climates but, not so good in hot, humid climates. I wonder if you use a Wen formula with less or no glycerin it may help you control frizz.

So, I guess I spoke to soon, before reading ALL the posts. Lots of posters also knew about glycerin and moisture. Hope switching formulas helps you!

I think you should try using a gel - I use deva but will try making one from flaxseeds when I finish up my supply of deva gel. I find gel gives my curls hold and seems to help in fighting frizz.

Since I have curly color treated hair I do a weekly deep treatment with remoist. After rinsing my hair with cool water I gently squeeze the excess moisture from my hair - sometimes I use a flour sack towel or an old t-shirt - and add a pump of CC as a leave-in. After adding oil to seal in the moisture I apply gel in a scrunching motion. This is all done with my head upside down. When I raise my head up I shake my curls into place and clip the top for volume and try not to touch my hair until it dries.

Redken Anti-Snap. Use the conditioner that you like, and apply this as a leave-in. Does not build up. You can even run a little through dry hair during the day. This is not a moisturizer, but it does not make your hair look or feel dry or crunchy.

I have dry, kinky, curly hair and live in a tropical climate. Using this, I can have and keep defined curls without looking like a cotton ball or Brillo pad. I let it dry naturally. Over 50+ years, I have tried a lot of products. This has been the best, so far.

Do you have frizz all over, or just in certain areas? I only have frizz on the top of my head because,no matter what I do, I can't squeeze product onto the top of my head.

My hair is different than yours but the glossing serum has really helped me battle with summer frizz. Sometimes ai also use a pea size of the finishing cream as well.

I was going to suggest the glossing serum as well. Although I don't live in a humid climate, I do generally find the GS makes my hair a bit smoother (I only use it on wet hair mixed in with one pump of styling cream). I also think how I blow dry my hair may contribute to my frizz, because I never have it when my hair is professionally blown.

Re: *Screams* I can NOT get this frizz under control!!!!!!!! ++

I've enjoyed reading this thread because I battle the same issues. Wen is the best thing for my hair (before wen I tried EVERYTHING) my hair no longer looks stringy but very silky and shiny. I have a really ugly combo of waves and curls that will probably never dry naturally un frizzy. I must say the SHP CC and styling products are the next best thing for my hair. Still can't master the blow out because FRIZZ and it does what it wants. Mainly the waves will remain after the round brush blow out. So frustrating. I don't get to style it all the time so it's still a learning curve next time I'm going to try smaller sections. I recommend to the poster to try the shp products because they are the bomb

I did the same thing, lol. I have been loving Pom this summer. It seems to help with frizz. I like fig and Sam in the winter.
