The pros like Bullock, Blanchett, Cruz, and Theron really understand how to pull off the regal, understated, but still bombshell look.

You never see any of them overdoing it with make-up or jewelry. Just simple, classic silhouettes that have been glammed up just enough.

I thought Theron was beyond belief.
