STO: how long for delivery?

I think I read on the boards somewhere that it can take 10-14 days for orders to arrive? Placed my order last Sunday. I received email that they recieved my order, and another stating my order is processing. Does that mean it shipped? It is so cold here in the midwest, I keep checking my front doorstep as I don't want it left outside for days and days.
