I wasn't very aware of some people being really upset with STO customer service although one of my orders got caught when they were having so much trouble with shipping in a reasonable amount of time etc.

Just wanted to say I got an order today, Fri Apr 22nd that I placed on Saturday, Apr 16th. Doesn't get much better than that and I'm on the west coast. And they had back ordered 1 divine chocolate on my last order and sent me 2 as an apology! Can't get more customer serviced oriented than that either!

I will send an email complimenting them as they deserve it and wanted loyal STO ladies to know as well.
