I looked at this and saw there are no roller replacements. So it appears that you have to buy the entire kit again to get one replacement. That's not a good deal at all.

I know nothing about these rollers. I can't lie but I'm a little scared of them. How often to do need to replace the rollers? How safe are they?

Microneedle devices need to be replaced about every 3 months, depending how often they get used. Sometimes they may last a little longer. I tell people to replace them the same way you would a disposable razor because they do get dull and become ineffective.
