SOOOO FRUSTRATED!

Hi Ladies. I am 54 and still battling acne!!! This has gotten really bad in the past 6 months. I have read all the posts on the Beauty Banter about Acne, and even though there are some GREAT Points, I am still uncertain of what to do. I truly believe my is more Hormonal then anything, because I had complete Hysterectomy 11 years ago. I cannot take the HRT due to it causing cysts in the breast area. I don't mean to sound gross, but, this acne is only on the chin area and it is almost every other day and when it appears, there is like yellow pus inside. I don't have the extra money for a Dermatologist, so, I don't know what to do! Can any of you ladies relate to this and offer some suggestions. I would GREATLY Appreciate it!!!
