The GR description of SOB said it was heavy in protein. For those who have used it, how does it compare to 613?

My hair loves protein, so this is intriguing to me!

My hair loves protein, so this is intriguing to me!

All the Seasonals (including SOB) are cross between the standard wheat formulas (SAM, TT, FIG, LAV, CA) which don't have any amino acids, and the 613 formula which Chaz describes as "Wen On Steriods". 613 has the most amino acid content as well as a number of skin care ingredients to nourish your scalp.

My thin/fine hair does really well with both the Seasonals and 613.

My cleansing routine is as follows:

* first cleanse: TT (every fourth time I rotate in CA)

* second cleanse: any Seasonal (every third time I rotate in 613)

* my leave in always the same: 1/2 pump of 613 CC (from a 16 oz. bottle), 1/3 pump of 613 SC, & three pumps of 613 mousse

I don't need to use 613 for every cleanse and I like to use the whole variety of Seasonal scents, so I just rotate 613 in as needed.

That said, my hair always looks a bit livelier after I cleanse with 613.

613 is a good thing!!

Wen on steroids...I like that!

Thanks for sharing your regimen, bebe.

I alternate 613 and TT for my first cleanse and use FIG for my second cleanse and leave-in.

My curls are firm and juicy when I use 613. I agree with you; it's a good thing!

HonnyBrown, you're most welcome. You may want to check out the very popular What Cleanser Did You Use Today? thread. Wenners share their tips on how they use their CCs and Wen styling products.

Enjoy!

That's over 55 pages long. I've read 9 pages in and I add to it but there's no way I can read through everyone's response and keep in mind who does what.

lol, I didn't mean to suggest that you should read through all the responses. -- Reading 9 pages is a huge amount to process in a day.

What you may want to do is just read the daily responses once a day. Usually there are between 5-20 responses per day. Over the course of a few weeks you'll get a sense as to how people are using the various products.

Does that make sense?
