SKINN PEP 40 SERUM QUESTION ~

Hello Ladies ~ Perhaps this is just me, but I am new to the PEP 40 SERUM...  I use it morning and night.  I get a "temporary" skin tightening in the AM, and my makeup looks better.   Anyone else notice this?  Granted, I am NOT complaining.  

 

I'm not near as savy to ingredients as some of you are here.  So, what is in this that "appears" to tighten?  Please don't tell me that it is just my imagination.  Thanks
