No, real.  The bulb was used before homogenized milk.  The cream would rise to the top and was used in coffee.

@ECBG   Yes, I remember that. When I was younger, my Grandpa always tried to fatten me up. He put the cream on top on my oatmeal in the mornings. I remember it was in a little bulb on top of the milk bottle.

@monicakm   It was my favorite of thge lighter palettes she showed me. I may have said here that I always look for three things in a palette: a light all over lid shade and maybe to highlight under the brow, another shade for the crease and a darker shade to use as liner. The pink/peach shade will go all over the lid after I "prime" my lid w/ the ivory shade.

When I purchase a small 4 or 5 pan palette, I take them for travel, too. So, having all shades I'll need is great. I can always add color from another palette if I like.

@Shanus I would swear they pipe something into the ventilation system and use special lighting at Nordstrom. I get a feeling that I don't have in other stores. The purses look more beautiful. The shoes look shinier. The makeup calls my name. It's sounds strange but I believe it.    Blame it on the rain!
