Round the clock eyeliner

Hi girls,

Is anyone else having trouble with the eyeliner from the November TSV? I love them, but when I went to use the brownish one today (can't remember the name and I'm being a little lazy tonight) it kills to apply! So dry and rough, nothing like when I first got it. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. The blue one seems to be okay. TIA
