Rosacea gals, anyone use Murad Sensitive Skin Soothing Serum?

And if so, does it help you with redness? I've been using prescription Finacea since January and although it has helped my skin a lot, it hasn't done much to diminish my redness (nor did the Metrocream I used prior to that). I got a sample of the Murad at Sephora and I like it so far, but I know it could take a while to help with redness and I'll probably run out of the sample before then. Thanks for any input!
