I bought the R&F Reverse kit from a consultant.   I didn't really look much into the products at all (totally my bad), just bought them because I had some sun damage.

When I bought, I had to sign up for autodelivery of the products.  You can change the products so you don't have to keep getting the same set.  But you pay a one time fee of I think $20.00 for the set up of the AD and then you don't ever pay s/h again.

I received my kit which consisted of a cleanser, toner, daytime moisturizer, a retinol product and a vitamin C product. The sizes are not big at all and it was expensive for the kit. 

The cleanser had granules in it to exfoliate which I don't like.  All the cleansers are like that with the exception of the one for sensitive skin.  They give you a chart because you have to slowly introduce the products to your skin.  Anyhow, I cannot use that type of grainy cleanser every day, let alone twice a day.  It is too abrasive for my skin.   I was supposed to use the vitaminc C and retinol product morning and night but those 2 products, plus the daily moisturizer with SPF they want you to use AND my foundation was just too much for me.  My skin felt way too greasy.

You are able to push back AD orders and that is what I have done.  I am pretty sure when I get a notice again about placing an order I'm just going to cancel. 

I do agree this is nothing more than a pyramid scheme like Mary Kay or Arbonne.

My friend and I both got the redefine line at the same time.  She loved it; it broke my face out.   I was able to return it without any problem, though.

Roden and Fields products are made by the same company that make Proactive.

I think they are over priced and many aren't well formulated at all and one could find much more effective skin care at the drug store. I would say almost all of their sales people have little idea what constitutes a good skin care product. They just repeat the nonsense they have been told.
