Rms tracking

So when you order RMS from QVC you get no tracking number? I see when I got the email it was shipped it said put phone number in for shipping updates and click to track. But it just still says same thing it did Monday when I got the email. awaiting pickup. I alwsyd like following my packages and knowing how close it is. You would think it wouldn’t be difficult to get a tracking number.

I understand how you feel. I like to frequently track my orders. Don't know if this is the case for you, but I can say that sometimes once a shipping label is printed, it will show as shipped and trigger the email notification, even if the package sits there waiting for the carrier to pick it up.

I am sure it not still waiting. I ordered directly from rms website about a month ago and it came quick. I believe when you order from qvc it is shipped from rms. I am supppsef to have it Saturday. I am sure it will be here Friday or Saturday. I got the clean and bright set because I want to try her eye lights and lip lights.

@ccassaday - It's because the order is sent from RMS not QVC. Happens whenever I order an RMS item from QVC.
