I dunno. I don't use Colorsilk color because it doesn't matter what shade I choose, it always goes brassy on me and three weeks out looks really bad. I wouldn't trust a color-related shampoo in this line, and I really don't want one that "darkens" my hair or adds those brassy glints. Glad it worked for the OP, but I'll pass on anything Colorsilk.
