Review - Morphe Hint Hint Skin Tint

I only wear light foundation, skin tints or tinted moisturizer.  I thought I would try this productl.  I know what my shade is light, pink undertone.  Okay, I receive the Morphe.  The color is Salmon and I have never seen a color like this but what can I expect for $18.  However, there are products our here that are lower priced and nice but the problem is shades.  I will be returning to ULTA.

Thanks for letting us know.  Are you going to try TO skin tint for under $7?  I like it.  I've got it out to wear again tomorrow to go into the city.  I usually go all out for a trip into the city so this is saying a lot to wear this skin tint.  But, I'll know when I get home to examine how it wore for the day (Dr, shopping and early dinner)...limited shopping since my knee is broken Smiley Sad

ETA:  I don't know how I managed to do it on line, but I chose the perfect shade in TO's skin tint.  It matched perfectly.  2.0N

I don’t think the price point is the problem. There are plenty of choices for less than $18. While I like Morphe setting spray, I think the line in general has varying quality. It’s a mixed bag. L’Oreal makes a skin tint is the $12 range that gets great reviews. Beauty You Tubers have given good reviews to Essence, Wet and Wild, and Catrice tinted moisturizers. They’re all under $10.

@Katcat1  I have the same problem with shades. I am a light med. but I need a neutral undertone. I still use the original BM & the Med. Beige I can wear. I prefer it in the warmer months here in fl. verses a tinted moisturizer. I use a light application & have no problems with fine lines wearing it as other women complain about when wearing it. Its been a staple for me as I have tried different brands that I did not like at all.

If you have a medium to full coverage foundation that's is the correct shade, just mix it with your moisturizer. It's the same as a tinted moisturizer except you have control how much coverage you like by mixing in more or less of one or the other.

@Katcat1

Uh oh, looks like I did a no-no.  My reply was removed.  I was going to suggest you try Fen ty Ea se Drops.  I ordered last night.  Free shipping and easy return to Se phor a if I don't care for it.  Not sure what got my post removed so I'm taking precautions with my spelling.

Wore The Ordinary serum foundation today to the city.  Just a little glowy at the end of the day but it stayed on good (used my All Nighter setting spray like I always do in warm/hot weather).  I like it enough to carry a small powder compact to touch up if I need to.

@monicakm what I don't understand is radiant finishes.  Women should not be shinning it looks like they were sweating or oily.  Matte or Natural is better for a finish.  BTW, I ordered Fenty drops and the shade was very dark so I returned it  It took 30 days to get a refund -- never again.

Re: Review - Morphe Hint Hint Skin Tint

Yikes!  30 days Smiley Surprised  I ordered from Sephora so I know the refund won't be that long if I need to return it.  I'd rather be a bit on the light side than anything too dark.  I'm wearing 230 in the Fenty Pro Filter powder foundation.  I thought it was 220 when I ordered the skin tint.  I know the shade range is wider when choosing a skin tint shade so I think (hope) the shade I ordered (shade 4) will be the right one.

Went into the city yesterday for a Dr's appt but it rained cats and dogs ALL day (all day and night the previous day too) so running from the car into Ulta with a broke knee and a cane wasn't an option.  Phooey!  It's been so long since I've stepped foot in a beauty store!
