Return question - Q credit an option?

Isn't there an option for "store credit" with QVC if you return an item? Or is it exchange or refund only? I threw away my return form before knowing a recent purchase would break me out... But I'd like to just have Q credit because I'll be ordering more soon. Anyone know? I don't see it on the Return Policy FAQ and there isn't a community forum for questions like these. Thanks.
