LTT, I started using the ,5 cream, then I went up to the .1% gel. The gel maybe too harsh for my face. I just received the 0.04% tretinoin microsphere cream. Which I think is a time released formula, the one I used in the past. I'll let my eyes heal for awhile, then try again mixing with one of my oils.
