Retin A users: Need Help, I'm First Time User

First, what is the difference between Retin A Micro and just Retin A? Is one better than the other in terms of skin dryness? What % do you use?

Do I begin once a day or every other day?

I already know about the importance of using a high SPF when on Retinoids, so that's taken care of.

Will Micro make me flaky or dry?
