Does anyone have any experience with either of these? Would you mind sharing if you do? I saw a dermatologist today for my melasma and apparently there's a cream that has the bleaching plus retinoid, but it's in short supply right now so I need to use two separate creams. She gave me a script for the bleaching cream and then samples of both of these and said to let her know which tretinoin I prefer.

I'm realizing now that I didn't ask enough questions! LOL I haven't used a retinol product before. I know that I should only use it at night and that I use it after cleansing, but do I use a moisturizer in addition to it??

I used a pea-sized amount of the Retin-A Micro and ended up with some white residue in a couple areas of my face. Does this mean I used too much?
