You do not need to wait 15 minutes to apply makeup. The ss just needs to be dry before anything else is applied on top of it.

You're fortunate to be able to do that.  The skin on my face is very sensitive and drugstore sunscreens cause it to break out.  Since I'm very fair and prone to skin cancers, I can't just skip the sunscreen.  So I have to pay for the higher end products that don't break me out.  Elta MD has been my go to for a few years now, but I'm alway interested in hearing about any others.
