Pixi by Petra endless silky eye pen. They go on so easily! And they last all day. You can find them at Target and I think, if I remember correctly, they were about $12 a piece

I also have Laura Geller's 20 piece eyeliner set, Inkcredible, and they're very good as well but not as soft and easy to put on as the pixi. They are both gels which I seem to require for them to last at all

I use these days only  NARS. Love it.

I swear by Urban Decay 24/7 or Rimmel. Both stay all day foe me!
